Costantini gets international recognition

The French legend, Daniel Costantini, is the best handball coach in history – that is how the users of the official website of the International Handball Federation voted.

From all the people who voted on the poll of IHF, 87,8% voted for Costantini. The Swedish Bengt Johansson (6,88%), the Russian Igor Turchin and the Romanian Ioan Kunst-Ghermanescu were the other coaches in this poll.

Daniel Costantini made France 2 times World Champions (1995 and 2001) He also won one silver and one bronze in World Championship, as well as a bronze medal in the Olympics. He is now working as an expert commentator for the French TV during the major tournaments and also tries to share some of his experiences with the other handball coaches around the world.
